All Services are performed by a student under the supervision of an instructor at all times.

PROCEEDING TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT MEANS YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
Appointment book is opened QUARTERLY
Appointment slots for student clinic services are opened at random depending on what the students are learning. If you do not see an appointment slot open, it simply means (1) they are in training or (2) we are already BOOKED, please check back online again at a later time.
Do not call us. We absolutely will NOT take any appointments over the phone. Note: Each individual must have their own account online to make an appt. You MAY NOT book an appointment for someone else under your name. The system will delete services for repeating names without notice.
Understand that all of our services are done by students. The services are at a discounted price in exchange for your time as our students are perfecting their skills. But need not worry, you will be leaving with salon-quality results. Therefore, gratuity for our students are expected especially if you feel they have done satisfactory work. PLEASE BRING CORRECT CASH. We do not have change.
NO CHILDREN are allowed at the school
We are NOT responsible for maintenance. Clinic services are opened quarterly, it CLOSES when the class understands the concept and must move on to the next unit of learning. If you need to remove, refill, etc. a certain service performed here but clinic has been closed, you must contact a professional salon or other schools to maintain it.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Your hands and feet will be accessed prior to servicing; We have the right to refuse anyone for anything. We are able to provide services only on healthy nails on the hands and feet defined by Milady's textbook which is "Free from signs of discoloration, infection, inflammation, swollen, or broken"
CHOOSING A STUDENT
When you book an appointment, you will notice a Name Paired with that service BUT IT IS FOR TIME BLOCKING/SCHEDULING PURPOSE ONLY. Upon arrival, you will be paired with a student technician by RANDOMIZATION. You CANNOT REQUEST for a specific student (out of fairness). All of our students do really GREAT work.
If you are unhappy with the final product please address it to the instructor BEFORE you leave the school. We will be more than happy to find a solution. We want you to leave the school HAPPY and with FABULOUS looking nails.
NO SHOWS/ LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS
MOST IMPORTANTLY: **No Shows/ or Cancellations are not tolerated at our school, those that do WILL BE CHARGED for the full service and be removed from scheduling future appointments after the 2nd offense. When you schedule an appointment, please make sure you can commit to it. We take this very seriously and appreciate that you respect both our times. If you MUST cancel, please cancel at least 24 hours BEFORE your scheduled appointment. To enjoy your salon-quality service, it's simple: (1) Book only if you can make it, (2) Be Present and On-Time for your service.
We have the right to cancel appointments for any reason (if this is the case then no penalty/charges will be applied to you). PLEASE keep your (email/phone) contact information up-to-date at all times so we can notify you asap.
